SDPA Fall Conference

The field of eating disorder treatment remains dynamic, with ongoing debate surrounding both the origins of these conditions and the most effective approaches to care. As psychologists and practitioners, it is essential that we stay informed and ready to guide clients — and those who love them — toward the most appropriate treatment options available.

This year’s conference will feature a diverse range of presentations, including topics such as managing eating disorders alongside co-occurring conditions, navigating cultural considerations and working with diverse populations — including male clients — foundational approaches to eating disorder treatment, the relationship between food and addiction, addressing trauma in the context of eating disorders, and much more.
