Self Management and Recovery Training (SMART)

San Diego County Access and Crisis Line (ACL) Provided by County of San Diego Behavioral Health Services, the Access and Crisis Line offers free, confidential, 24/7 support for individuals experiencing a mental health, drug, or alcohol-related crisis. Callers are connected to experienced clinicians who provide immediate crisis intervention, suicide prevention, Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) dispatch, and referrals for local mental health and substance use services.
